HISTORY

FTI-LA had been in the business for more than 15 years providing excellent graduates in Customer Service Automation and Import/ Export Procedures with Desktop Support in response to ongoing demands of qualififed graduates in the above mentioned industry.

FTI-LA anticipates and understand the needs of the businesses as well as the importance of proper education and training.

MISSION

The mission of FTI-LA is to identify candidates for training and provide quality instructions that will lead graduates to entry level employability.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of FTI-LA is to prepare individuals for gainful employment in International Trade, Import/ Export and other related fields. Our goal is to provide a professional learning environment that will enable individuals to expand their abilities by giving them the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

FTI-LA has developed the following strategies in support of its objective:

Institutional stability as the foundation for a positive learning environemnt.
Learning Quality.
Training outcomes.
Preparation for employment through the development of entry level skills in an identified demand occupations.

Student skills equal to or greater than industry standard.
Skills for career development, enhancement, advancement, and life-long learning.
Course curriculum review, not less than annually, for consistency with skills required in the workplace.
Continuous improvement through the application of quality organizational techniques and the use of a standard based on an institutional development plan.


INSTITUTIONAL APPROVAL
This institution has received approval to operate from the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education ("Bureau"). An approval to operate means that the Bureau has determined and certified that the institution meets the minimum standards for integrity, financial stability, and educational quality, including the offering of bona fide instruction by qualified faculty and the appropriate assessment of students' achievement prior to, during , and at the end of its programs.
